IronPoint is a nationwide network that connects homeowners and businesses with local, independent garage door repair, installation, and emergency service professionals. We don't dispatch our own trucks nationwide — instead, we route each request to a professional who actually covers that address, and we're expanding market by market as we build out verified local coverage rather than claiming service everywhere on day one.
Why we built IronPoint this way
Garage door service is a highly local business — the professional who shows up at your door needs to actually be nearby, licensed and insured for your state, and available on a realistic timeline. A national brand with a thin layer of fake local pages doesn't solve a homeowner's actual problem: getting a real technician to a real address. So our approach is to launch a city page only once we have genuine local coverage to back it up, and to keep expanding as that coverage grows.
What we don't do
- We don't advertise "free" quotes or estimates unless that's genuinely how a specific service is priced.
- We don't publish fabricated reviews, star ratings, awards, or "years in business" claims.
- We don't claim a local office or same-day availability in a city where we don't have real coverage.
